I had the pleasure of leading a private hands-on cooking class for alumni from Columbia University a few weeks ago. This class was held at a private residence in Atlanta. The kitchen was a very nice space for everyone to gather, cook, socialize and eat!
The theme for our class was Simple Gourmet Meals Inspired by Spring. The group made:
Steak with Salsa Verde
And a trio of salads:
White Bean and Sundried Tomato Salad
Mediterranean Quinoa Salad with Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes and Feta Cheese
Kale Salad with Radish, Purple Carrots and Creamy Lemon Avocado Dressing
I wanted to know more about the group's experience cooking, so I asked everyone a few questions after the class was over.
